  • Mindfulness meditation has been well researched as an effective   method of coping with stress, anxiety, and depression.  Mindfulness practice results in a sense of equanimity giving us the ability to cope.  The practice of mindfulness meditation changes the way our brain processes information and gently transforms painful patterns of thinking and living.
  • EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing) uses bilateral stimulation of the brain through sight, sound, or touch to accelerate the brain’s information processing system. Originated by Francine Shapiro in 1987, EMDR is now used by thousands of therapists worldwide. EMDR successfully treats anxiety, stress, and trauma.
  • Enneagram typing is available to help you gain more understanding of yourself and others more fully.  The word enneagram derives from two Greek words: ennea (nine) and grammos (drawing or figure) and refers to the nine points on the Enneagram diagram; each point representing one of nine interconnected personality types. The Enneagram is a great aid in self-understanding and observing our habits of thinking, feeling, and behaving.  As we become more aware through self-observation, we are better able to make empowering conscious choices.
