Our sessions may integrate talk therapy insight practices, emdr, art, and somatic practices. A treatment plan is created based on your needs. Chronic stress can lead to symptoms and condition that are often relieved best by counseling. The mind-body connection may be better described as our interpersonal neurobiology. Mental well-being increases physical well-being and relational well-being.

MindSight, a term used to describe our innate ability to shape our brains is based interdisciplinary research. Insight Meditation a branch from the tree of Buddhism produces also EMDR ( Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing ) uses the brain’s natural right-brain left-brain eye movement to dissolve specific patterns that seem to be hard wired into our psyche. Skillful use of EMDR paired with mindful practices work well together alleviating post traumatic syndrome and stress disorder
symptoms.
