Through mindful-based practices we can chose to integrate the most evolved part of our brain in our daily life. Our primitive reptilian brain has created unmanageable stress and often our closest relationships suffer when the fight-flight-flee reaction is activated. Mindful practices simply develop the potential of our amazingly adaptable brain. We can live more responsive to life and others happier and with more ease.
